Mulled Wine

Serves 6


  • 1 bottle (750 ml) red wine, such as Cabernet or Merlot
  • 1/4 cup Brandy
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Stonewall Kitchen Mulling Spices
  • 6 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 orange
  • Whole cloves


  1. Heat wine, brandy, honey and mulling spices in a large saucepan over medium heat to a low simmer. Heat 15-30 minutes.
  2. Serve hot garnished with a cinnamon stick and orange peel with whole cloves inserted into it.
