Blueberry Granita

A very adult version of a "Slush Puppy"

ingredients

• 1 cup Stonewall Kitchen Wild Maine Blueberry Syrup
• 3 cups water
• Juice of 1 lemon

directions

1. Combine blueberry syrup, water and lemon juice. Mix well. Pour into an 8 x 8 inch metal pan.
2. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze. Whisk mixture every half hour until frozen.
3. When frozen, shave layers of the ice crystals with side of spoon to serve.
