White Nectarine Fool


  • 1/2 cup Stonewall Kitchen White Nectarine Jam
  • 3/4 cup whipped cream


  1. Whip cream until peaks are soft.
  2. Measure out 3/4 cup and gently fold in 1/2 cup White Nectarine Jam.
  3. Refrigerate until firm.
  4. Serving Suggestions: In preformed chocolate shell, topped with strawberries
  5. In puff pastry shells, drizzled with chocolate or garnished with chocolate leaves
  6. In fancy parfait or dessert glass with fresh mint garnish
