White Nectarine Fool



  1. Whip cream until peaks are soft.
  2. Measure out 3/4 cup and gently fold in 1/2 cup White Nectarine Jam.
  3. Refrigerate until firm.
  4. Serving Suggestions: In preformed chocolate shell topped with strawberries. In puff pastry shells drizzled with chocolate or garnished with chocolate leaves. Or in fancy parfait or dessert glass with fresh mint garnish.
