Lemon Curd Sherbet


  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 oz. Stonewall Kitchen Lemon Curd
  • 2 cups champagne
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped


  1. Boil sugar and water for 5 minutes. Cool completely.
  2. Add lemon curd and champagne
  3. Place in freezer, when almost frozen fold in cream.
