Deviled Ham

Serves 4


  • 12 ounces ham steak, minced (rinse before chopping if too salty)
  • 1/4 cup Stonewall Kitchen Sweet Dill Relish
  • 6 Tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup celery, minced
  • 2 Tablespoons scallions, minced
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until uniformly blended.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve on bread, in pita rounds or with crackers.
