Pork Picante


  • 1 pound boneless cubed pork
  • 2 tablespoons Stonewall Kitchen Spice Rub for Chicken or Pork
  • vegetable oil
  • 8 ounces (1 cup) salsa
  • 4 tablespoons Stonewall Kitchen Peach Amaretto Jam


  1. Toss pork cubes in spice rub until well coated.
  2. Heat oil in heavy skillet, add seasoned pork and brown well.
  3. Add salsa and Peach Amaretto Jam to pan. Stir to mix well. Cover, lower heat and simmer gently for 15 minutes.
