Deviled Ham – Serves 4
- 12 ounces ham steak, minced (rinse before chopping if too salty)
- 1/4 cup Stonewall Kitchen Sweet Dill Relish
- 6 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup celery, minced
- 2 Tablespoons scallions, minced
- Salt and pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until uniformly blended. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve on bread, in pita rounds or with crackers.
