Oriental Black Bean Salad
ingredients
- 2- 15.5 oz. cans black beans
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cored and chopped
- 1/4 cup scallions, chopped
- 1/2 cup Stonewall Kitchen Wasabi Ginger Sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
directions
- Rinse and drain the cans of black beans.
- In a medium size-serving bowl combine the beans, bell pepper, scallions, Stonewall Kitchen Wasabi Ginger Sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil and salt. Toss and serve at room temperature.
