Roasted Garlic Mayonnaise

A perfect accompaniment for simply prepared cold chicken or salmon.

ingredients

• 1/2 cup Stonewall Kitchen Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 4 tablespoons minced shallots
• 3 tablespoons minced flat-leaf parsley
• 2 teaspoons minced fresh tarragon

directions

1. Blend Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette, mayonnaise, shallots, parsley and tarragon together in a bowl.
2. Cover and refrigerate.
