- 2 ripe avocados (1 1/2 cups), peeled, diced and slightly mashed
- 1/2-1 cup Stonewall Kitchen Salsa Verde
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic, minced
- Place all ingredients in a bowl, gently toss until mixed and uniform.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
- Garnish with sour cream and chopped cilantro if desired.
