Mollie Sanders-Laster grew up in the family business, Sanders Lobster Company and Sanders Fish Market (formerly the Olde Mill Fish Market). Having a love of cooking given to her by her grandmother along with many years experience at the fish market she mastered some of the most traditional and delicious seafood recipes treasured by the patrons of the market. Leaving the business to raise her three children gave her time at home to discover and create some more contemporary dishes using Maine's most treasured resource, lobster. Now back working as a private jeweler, Mollie loves to host and cater elaborate dinner parties in her Kittery Point home.
