Low Fat Pancakes or Waffles
- 2 cups Stonewall Kitchen Farmhouse Pancake and Waffle Mix
- 15 ounces low fat buttermilk
- 5 ounces water
- Mix low fat buttermilk, Pancake & Waffle Mix and water until smooth.
If batter is too thick, add additional buttermilk until you get the right consistency.
- Follow cooking instructions from the back of the Pancake & Waffle Mix.
- Serve topped with your favorite Stonewall Kitchen syrup or preserve.
