Lobster and Avocado BLT Toast
- 1 slice multigrain or rustic crusty bread, toasted
- 1 Tablespoon Stonewall Kitchen Basil Pesto Aioli or Farmhouse Aioli
- 2 ounces great-quality thick-sliced smoked bacon (about 2 slices), cooked
- Fresh arugula
- 2 small tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1 ounce cooked fresh Maine lobster meat
- Spread Basil Pesto Aioli or Farmhouse Mayo on toast.
- Layer bacon, arugula, tomatoes, avocado and lobster.
