Roast Beef Sandwich


  • 8 slices seedless rye bread
  • Mesclun greens or other lettuce
  • Tomato, sliced
  • 1 1/4 pound rare roast beef
  • 1/4 cup Stonewall Kitchen Basil Pesto Aioli, and Horseradish Aioli


  1. Coat one side of each slice of rye toast with aioli.
  2. Layer salad greens, tomato slices and roast beef. Form sandwich, cut and serve.
