Lemon Curd Sorbet
ingredients
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
3 oz. Stonewall Kitchen Lemon Curd
2 cups champagne
1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped
directions
Boil sugar and water for 5 minutes. Cool completely.
Add lemon curd and champagne
Place in freezer, when almost frozen fold in cream.
