Lemon Pear Marmalade Vinaigrette
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup Stonewall Kitchen Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 5 tablespoons Stonewall Kitchen Lemon Pear Marmalade
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Place all ingredients into a bowl. Add oil in a steady stream, and whisk until incorporated.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
