- 1 pound boneless cubed pork
- 2 tablespoons Stonewall Kitchen Spice Rub for Chicken or Pork
- vegetable oil
- 8 ounces (1 cup) salsa
- 4 tablespoons Stonewall Kitchen Peach Amaretto Jam
- Toss pork cubes in spice rub until well coated.
- Heat oil in heavy skillet, add seasoned pork and brown well.
- Add salsa and Peach Amaretto Jam to pan. Stir to mix well. Cover, lower heat and simmer gently for 15 minutes.
