Oven Fried Chicken

ingredients

• 1/4 cup Stonewall Kitchen Roasted Garlic Mustard
• 1/4 cup Stonewall Kitchen Wildflower Honey
• 2 cups buttermilk
• 2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon cracked pepper
• 2 teaspoon crushed rosemary
• 2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
• 8 chicken thighs, skin removed

directions

1. In a large bowl, combine mustard, honey, buttermilk, salt, pepper and rosemary
2. Place chicken thighs into bowl and let marinate 30 minutes
3. Preheat oven 425 degrees F
4. Coat marinated chicken thighs with the breadcrumbs
5. Place into baking dish and cook in preheated oven for 30 minutes, turning once
