Crumb Topping for Seafood and Vegetables - Makes 1 1/4 cup

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Stonewall Kitchen Salt & Pepper Potato Sticks, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix until uniform. Sprinkle over fish or casseroles and bake. Also a great topping for vegetables.
