Roasted Garlic Mayonnaise
A perfect accompaniment for simply prepared cold chicken or salmon.
- 1/2 cup Stonewall Kitchen Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons minced shallots
- 3 tablespoons minced flat-leaf parsley
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh tarragon
- Blend Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette, mayonnaise, shallots, parsley and tarragon together in a bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate.
