Crumb Topping for Seafood and Vegetables - Makes 1 1/4 cup
- 1 cup Stonewall Kitchen Salt & Pepper Potato Sticks, crushed
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan Cheese
- Combine all ingredients and mix until uniform. Sprinkle over fish or casseroles and bake. Also a great topping for vegetables.
