Triple Fudge Brownie Napoleon
ingredients
- 1 box Stonewall Kitchen Triple Fudge Brownie Mix
- 4 bananas, slightly under ripe
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 pint ice cream, your choice
- 1 jar Stonewall Kitchen Coffee Caramel Sauce
directions
- Butter a 9x13 inch sheet pan
- Mix and bake Stonewall Kitchen Triple Fudge Brownie Mix according to package directions
- Cool and then chill in the refrigerator for one hour
- Cut out 8 (eight) 2 inch circles with a biscuit cutter
- Just before serving, peel the bananas and slice them. Sauté them in butter until they are somewhat softened and lightly browned
- Remove cover from Stonewall Kitchen Coffee Caramel Sauce and heat in microwave
- Place brownie round on each plate
- Top with caramelized bananas and place another brownie round on top, top with a scoop of ice cream
- Pour Stonewall Kitchen Coffee Caramel Sauce generously over the top and enjoy!
