About 6 sprigs fresh rosemary on the stem, or other fresh herbs of your choice
Pour Stonewall Kitchen Natural Honey into a small jar (a canning jar is ideal), and add the herbs. Place the jar in a small pot of simmering water so that the water comes only halfway up the sides of the jar.
Let the water simmer (but not boil) for about 10 minutes over medium-low heat.
Carefully remove the jar from the pot with a pot holder or tongs and let the honey cool for 30 minutes to infuse. Remove the herbs, cover, and keep the honey in a dark, cool spot. It will keep for several weeks
