Mulled Wine - Serves 6
- 1 bottle (750 ml) red wine, such as Cabernet or Merlot
- 1/4 cup Brandy
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Stonewall Kitchen Mulling Spices
- 6 cinnamon sticks
- 1 orange
- Whole cloves
- Heat wine, brandy, honey and mulling spices in a large saucepan over medium heat to a low simmer. Heat 15-30 minutes.
- Serve hot garnished with a cinnamon stick and orange peel with whole cloves inserted into it.
