Private Instructor

Originally from Maine, Marge lived in the South of France for four years where she took cooking lessons from the famous Roger Verge's cooking school in Mougin. She also took lessons from many local instructors through the France-Etats Unis Womens Club, and cookbook author, Meg Jump. On returning to the US, she started her own business, Gourmet du Monde. During the next 6 years she gave lessons at Appleseed's and Kitchen Etc., the Adult Education Program in Merrimack, NH, The Housing Authority in Nashua for Seniors, and became a regular on Cooks Corner on Channel 9 in Manchester
