About This Chef...

Having attained two degrees from the renowned Johnson & Wales University in Providence, R. I., Hebert has taught at his Alma Mater and later at the University of Maine, Bangor. Currently, he is Chair of the Culinary Arts Program at York County Community College in Wells, Maine. He has been a member of the American Culinary Federation since 1995 and was awarded the Piscataqua Chapter of the American Culinary Federation Chef of Year Award for 2003. In 2004 he was presented the Maine Restaurant Association's Chef of the Year Award.
