About This Chef...

Chef and cookbook writer Betty Rosbottom is the author of ten cookbooks, including Sunday Brunch, Sunday Roasts and Sunday Soup. For 20-years she wrote a weekly, country-wide syndicated column called “That’s Entertaining,” for Tribune Media Services, and has been a frequent contributor to Bon Appétit Magazine. Betty has also been the host of “On The Menu,” a popular PBS series aired in western New England, and is the cooking school coordinator at The Different Drummer’s Kitchen in Northampton, Ma. She posts delicious recipes and great stories on her popular blog (www.bettyrosbottom.blogspot.com).
