About This Chef...

A seeker of worldly adventures, Cynthia enjoys discovering the local fare wherever she travels. A native to the Gulf Coast of Alabama, she was raised on the fresh, seasonal cooking that the coastal farming region provided. Her love of food and cooking has afforded her several unique experiences, including cooking on yachts in the Caribbean and Mediterranean; as a food editor to nationally recognized publications: [Country Living] and [Real Simple] magazines; and as a cooking instructor around the country. In 2005, Cynthia embarked on a new business, The Farmhouse Table, which leads small group, food and wine tours to Sicily, Italy.
