Cookbook Author

An award-winning cookbook author, editor and cooking teacher, Molly has earned James Beard Awards and IACP (International Association of Culinary Professionals) Awards for two of her books, [All About Roasting] (2011) and [All About Braising] (2004). Her recipes and articles have appeared in numerous national magazines, including [Fine Cooking] magazine, [The Wall Street Journal, Real Simple, Bon Appétit] and [Saveur], to name a few. Classically trained as a chef in France, Molly has taught at the French Culinary Institute, New England Culinary Institute, and L’Ecole de Cuisine La Varenne in Burgundy, France and Venice, Italy. She has been honored by [Bon Appétit] magazine and the IACP as “Cooking Teacher of the Year.” She shares her love of food along with her eloquent presentation in each of her classes.
