Doug Johnson is a Certified Executive Chef and a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. He has worked as Purchasing Director for the Russian Tea Room and Banquet Chef at The Waldorf Astoria, both located in New York City. He was Chef/Owner of L’Armagnac, a French restaurant in Columbus, Ohio. He was also Chef/Owner of Strawbery Court, a French restaurant in Portsmouth, NH. He then became Executive Chef at The Rosa Restaurant in Portsmouth, NH until it’s closing in January of 2012. He is currently a Selmelier/Partner at Portsmouth Salt Cellar, in Portsmouth, NH.
