We will start with learning the technique to make lean and healthy Italian rope sausage at home and then make a few recipes and taste along the way.

  • Pasta Pizzele (A Traditional Italian Pasta Dish with Ricotta Cheese, Spring Peas and Italian Sausage)
  • Regional Salami Tasting (Here you will taste and learn about the different regions of Italian Salami and the different flavors associated with each. We will have suggestions for nice cheese and wine pairings.)
  • Tiramisu (A Simple and Traditional Italian dessert)
