Southern ingredients shine through in these inspired dishes, and of course we've paired them with a mocktail inspired by one of the glorious vistas of Maine.

  • The Eastern Promenade: Fresh Lemon, Lime and Pineapple Juice with Sparkling Mineral Water, Royal Rose Simple Syrup of Cardamom and Clove and West Indian Orange Bitters. We recommend adding Rum at home!
  • Arugula, Peach and Goat Cheese Salad with my Go-To Vinaigrette
  • Chicken, Collard and Country Ham Saltimbocca with Fresh Sage and a White Wine Pan Sauce
  • Buttermilk, Pecan Ice Cream
