Cedar Grill Planks

These disposable cedar planks will infuse your grilled food with a sweet and smoky flavor and aroma. After soaking planks in water for at least an hour, place directly on grill as food slowly roasts in it's own juices, no oil needed, moisture from the plank keeps food moist and flavorful. An excellent way to infuse flavor into any grilled foods. Planks can be re-used up to three times.
