These heavenly, “melt in your mouth”, bite-sized pancakes filled with jam, chocolate bits, cheese or fruit butter are a traditional Danish treat. With our Pancake Puff Kit they are easy to make in this heavyweight, nonstick, cast aluminum pan. Simply pour our pancake batter, add filling and turn once to cook. The kit includes a jar of our Blueberry Jam, Farmhouse Pancake & Waffle Mix and Pancake Puff Pan. Not recommended for ceramic or induction cook tops.
I purchased this for my husband for Christmas, but we opened it early to share the pancake puffs with our granddaughters. Heating the pan correctly, amount of batter and jam to use, flipping the puffs all require practice. Great taste and look forward to trying again!
