Sugar, Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Cornstarch, Corn Flour, Baking Powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, baking soda, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), Cornstarch, Natural Flavor, Salt, Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum.
I was running low on milk, so I replaced it with Orange Juice, and then added about 1/2 tsp of Orange Extract to the icing. SO good! I liked these better than just the recipe on the box. Orange cupcakes are good breakfast foods, right?!
My family loved these and couldn't believe they were Gluten Free. Great crumb texture and just the right amount of sweetness. I cut a hole in the center and filled with lemon curd(also GF).

I have tried other gluten-free cupcakes - most of them taste like muffins with frosting on top...these actually taste like cupcakes should: moist & sweet, but light & fluffy. When I made these for my gluten-sensitive friends, they all loved them - multiple thumbs up from everyone!
