Ingredients:
Sugar, Rice Flour, Cocoa processed with alkali, Corn Flour, Tapioca Starch, Baking Powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, baking soda, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), Coffee, Xanthan Gum, Natural Flavor, Sea Salt.

I can't give this product enough praise. I have Celiac disease as do my children. We have been strict about our gluten free diet and as a result miss great tasting treats. There are some really good products out there now compared to what it was 10 years ago but STONEWALL KITCHENS Gluten Free Chocolate Cupcakes are beyond amazing! They were so tasty, I was concerned that I must have made up the vision of that gluten free stamp on the outside of the box but as my husband, who is very tough to please with GF foods department, dashed back to the kitchen to indulge in ANOTHER cupcake, he assured me that I had read the box correctly. These cupcakes take the cake! I would be amazed if anyone could tell that these are gluten free. Thank you Stonewall Kitchen for this wonderful product. I can't wait to try others(-:

Excellent product! My mother recently changed to a gluten free diet to help with pain management of her arthritis. She feels wonderful and made these recently for our family. You can't even tell that they are gluten free. Now if we could just get my father to try them out.
