Stonewall Kitchen version of the Mojito adds a sweet flavor of watermelon to a refreshing mint flavor common in traditional mojitos. The original mojito is said to have first been served in a Cuban bar named La Bodeguita, a well-known hangout for international travelers and scholars. Several variations on the original mojito makes it the perfect refreshing drink no matter what country you find yourself in. The light flavor of watermelon and mint in our mix is ideal when mixed into a cocktail or added to a spritzer.
I made a sangria out of this and it was soooo good. I used this and a bottle of white wine. I added limes and oranges and for a garnish a slice of watermelon. It's also good with vodka and a splash of club soda with lime. Oh, and it's also good mixed with tequila!
Kitty,
I had such high hopes for this mixer, since i love watermelon but this was a terrible disappointment. i thought it tasted like pickle juice and when my husband tasted it he had no idea what flavor it was. Your other mixes are good but this one was just awful.
