My husband and I love this relish! We put it on hot dogs, in omelets, in quesadillas. It's delicious with a nice little spice to it. Well worth the 2 hour drive to York for it!
I first had this at a Christmas Open House for a business in Fullerton, NE. One jar of Stonewall Kitchen Spicy Corn Relish (16 oz.) and one carton of sour cream (16 oz.) Mixed thouroughly and chilled for a few hours to meld the flavors. Served with corn chips it went like hotcakes. Now I fix it regularly for all functions I attend where I am asked to bring food. So, so good!

I can't keep this in my pantry. The Stonewall Kitchen recipe for Spicy Black Bean Salad is excellent. My friends and family request it for every gathering.
I use the relish as a side, on top of tossed salads and I have mixed it into pasta salads. Very versatile and tasty, helps reduce the amount of fatty salad dressings you need to use.
I love this product!
We love this on crackers and sometimes I will add some black beans to it. Has some kick to it too! I buy this every time I am at a Stonewall store!
