For years we have been using our marmalades as a secret ingredient in our Cafe and Cooking School. Many of our customers have asked us for the recipe, so we decided to make it simple and make the glaze for you. Use it generously on chicken, pork, or shrimp by brushing the glaze on towards the end of the roasting or grilling time. Enjoy!
