From a simple table at a local farmers' market in 1991 to today, our commitment to quality has never wavered for 25 years. To commemorate our anniversary, we took our deliciously sweet Maine blueberries and complemented them with the pleasing crispness of champagne to create an extraordinarily unique flavor experience. Cheers!
Wild Maine Blueberries, Pure Cane Sugar, Champagne, Fruit Pectin, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Citric Acid
I've tasted jams and jellies and I'm very particular about it. Some are too sweet, soupy, tart, etc. I came across SK's Maine Blueberry Champagne Jam from the 2011 Winter Fancy Food Show in SFO. As a food reviewer, we only write about exceptional product that we want people to discover. This is one of them. A Limited Edition jam, I hope it is something they'll have regularly. My husband calls it "fruit caviar" because of the blueberries packed in the jar. We have it in between two toasted waffles and ice cream. Doesn't that sound delicious? It is! The jar did not last very long. It has a hint of champagne that makes it so divinely scrumptious. This recipe needs to be patented!
