My mom found this in some gourmet store in California and brought it home for us to try. We devoured the entire container! We made the best waffles we had ever tasted. They were crispy on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside. What's great is that you can actually taste the apple flavor just as well as the cinnamon. You won't be sorry this product. I'm a fairly picky eater, so if I like it, you KNOW it has to be good!! I will be buying this on a regular basis from now on.
