Straight from the sugar shack
It's a fact that pure maple sugar is twice as sweet as standard granulated sugar and there are no artificial additives. Achieved by boiling down pure maple tree sap to get sweet, delicious maple syrup and then dried to make maple sugar, New England farmers and sugar makers are true craftsmen in their own right. It tastes so delicious in coffee, tea, in baking mixes or drizzled over pound cake or ice cream.

Can be dissolved into coffee or tea, sprinkled on cereals, or cooked with fish, fruits or vegetables. We often substitute it for sugar in our baked goods for just a touch of maple flavor.
