Ingredients:
Plain Orzo (semolina (niacin, Ferrous Sulfate (iron), Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid)), Black Orzo (durum Semolina Flour, Water, Cuttlefish Ink).

Use in pilafs, salads, sauces or simply dressed with light pesto.

I had been dieing to try this orzo mix with my homemade rice pilaf instead of the plain white orzo you find in the grocery store. Wow! What a colorful pilaf! Will definitely purchase it again when I am at the Stonewall Store!
