The big taste of Texas BBQ comes through in this rub. Brown sugar, molasses and select spices blend together to create a smoky version of a Lone Star state cue. Ideal for brisket, this rub is also great for any kind of beef. Generously apply rub to meat and let rest for several hours or overnight in the fridge; then grill or roast.
