Generously apply rub to meat, seafood and veggies for added flavor. For meat, let rest for several hours or overnight in the fridge; then grill or roast. For seafood, apply rub 15-30 minutes prior to cooking; then sauté, grill or roast.

Salt, paprika, sugar, spices, brown sugar, onion and garlic powder, molasses (molasses, maltodextrin), silicon dioxide added to prevent caking
