These sun-dried tomatoes are larger and moister than the regular sun-dried tomatoes. They are full of flavor and have a vibrant color to them, they do not need to be reconstituted before cooking. Enjoy sun-dried tomatoes in any recipe that calls for tomatoes. They are also great in soups, salads, chili, breads, on-top of pizza and so much more. For use in salads, blanch 30 seconds in boiling water to bring out flavor and soften texture.
