- 8 slices whole grain bread
- Stonewall Kitchen Smokey Barbecue Aioli
- 1/2 pound smoked turkey, thinly sliced
- 1 roasted red bell pepper, stemmed, skin and seeds removed, cut into thin strips
- 2 medium ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and smashed with a fork
- Generously spread the Smoky Barbecue Aioli one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer turkey, roasted bell pepper and avocado on four of the slices of bread. Top with remaining slices. Serve immediately.
