Easy Holiday Menus Here are some of our favorite menus for entertaining during the holiday season or for just hanging out with the family on a cold winter night. Many come from our newest cookbooks, Winter Celebrations and Breakfast. The others are so easy we know you can make them up in no time or find them easily online. Shopping All Day and I'm Exhausted Dinner Butternut Squash soup with curried pecans, apples and goat cheese (made ahead) Wedge salad with blue cheese bacon and roasted shallots Assorted breads Ice cream with Stonewall Kitchen Chocolate Peppermint Sauce   Classic Holiday Brunch Buffet Assorted muffins and bagels served with cream cheese, whipped honey butter, jams and jellies Fruit platter Waffles We use a basic waffle batter, cook them to order, and have various toppings available.
