About Chef Patty Roche

Entertaining and fun-loving accurately describes Patty who has applied her 25+ years of restaurant and catering experience to various facets of Stonewall Kitchen. Over the years, Patty has assisted with cooking class instruction, visual merchandising, food styling and working in our test kitchen and Cafe. She completed an intensive culinary program at Atlantic Culinary Academy in Dover, NH. A self-described “butcher’s daughter,” she credits her father for her love of food, affection for liverwursts, giving back and having fun. The family business was lovingly referred to as “Beef House” and taught Patty how big a side of beef is and the right way to treat customers!
